Recently, our dealership had the privilege of being recognized by one of our customers on their blog, which highlighted their experience with our dealership in the Phoenix metro area. The blog’s author, Kathy Burrows, discussed her experience with Riley O’Conor, one of our sales representatives, and how it compared to her experiences at neighboring dealerships. Contactless options and social distancing have been a priority here at Earnhardt Hyundai and our commitment shined when Burrows came in for her appointment. In her online blog Burrows wrote, “Our first appointment with Hyundai, without question, was the way every sales process should go. When it came to touchless and [being] prepared, it was exactly what one would expect and more.” 

Burrows went on to explain how our sales rep, Riley, used disinfectant wipes on high-touch surfaces throughout the vehicle while going over its features, maintained his distance, and wore his mask through the duration of the visit. Burrows wrote, “He explained things that I had wanted in this car and why the choices of features I had selected were valuable and what it would do for me in driving. I felt he listened, prepared, took every precaution, and also did his job of explaining. Upon returning, he answered questions and never once pushed me into what I wanted to do. I explained I had other test drives and he welcomed that.”  

Riley not only upheld Earnhardt Hyundai’s commitment to providing a safe environment, but paid attention to the customer’s questions, concerns, and requests. This balanced blend of customer service and mindfulness was not lost on Burrows, as she compared the high-quality service at Earnhardt Hyundai to other local Phoenix-area competitors.  

When discussing her experience with other competitors Burrows mentions a lack of preparedness, lack of focus, and a simple lack of caring at other dealerships in the Valley. Burrows explained how Riley at Earnhardt Hyundai focused on not only listening to her throughout the appointment but also offered a top-notch experience with zero pressure.
