The New Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is Equipped with a Solar Cell Roof

On their website, Hyundai explains that the available solar roof gives back roughly 2 miles a day of travel. It sounds perhaps small – 2 miles – at first. However, 700 miles a year is a significant amount of driving. Not to mention, those miles come at the best price of all – free.  

What other features does the 2022 Hyundai Sonata have? Some interesting items include: 

• Available, class-exclusive Blind Spot View Monitor. This ingenious device displays live video of what (or who) is in your blind spot. The view displays directly inside your digital instrument cluster, so a quick glance down can give you all the information you need. 
• Regenerative braking. These amazing brakes stop your car and feed energy back into the batteries as they do so.
